QuantumWise is highly committed to providing its customer with high quality technical support and assistance. Choose from the following resources to explore the various possibilities to receive answers to any questions you might have regarding our products!

Manuals

manualsThe manuals are the primary resources for basic information about functionality, concepts and background theory, function keywords and other Python-related questions, etc.

Tutorials

manualsThe best way to learn how to use ATK as effectively as possible is to look as some concrete examples. The manuals contains several detailed examples intended to show users how to operate specific parts of the software, while the tutorials outline a more complete work flow for particular systems, from the initial definition of the geometry through to the final analysis of the results.

Online User Forum

manualsThe best place to ask more specific, or complex questions about the functionality of the software, not least NanoLanguage scripting. On the Forum you can also discuss new feature requests, and learn about tips and tricks that others have posted, including entire NanoLanguage scripts that you can download and use to enhance your productivity! The posts on the Forum are answered both by users and QuantumWise staff.

Contact us

faqYou can always contact us directly using the web form. If you do not have a trial license, and are looking for that, please use the trial license form instead.

Remote support solutions

If needed, we can offer remote support, where a QuantumWise support engineer connects remotely to your desktop and performs e.g. installation or license server configuration tasks. In this case we will ask you to download a small piece of software called TeamViewer Quick Support.

  • If you run Windows 7, you can download it directly from our server using the button to the right.
  • For Linux there are a couple of different versions available on the TeamViewer website. Pick the one that best matches your system; alternatively, if you have a Windows machine from which you can ssh to the Linux server, it might be easiest to use TeamViewer via that computer.
