A "Parallel Guide" + an introduction to transport calculations.

A detailed guide to running ATK in parallel, showing how to take advantage of both MPI parallelization and OpenMP threading to speed up the calculations both on clusters and workstations.
A basic introduction to transport calculations; an excellent starting point for users who are new to the area or ATK.
