QuantumWise A/S is seeking to fill a position within our software development team.

 

The team develops leading-edge industrial applications of nanoscale modelling software in collaboration with our customers, which include some of the leading electronics and defence-oriented companies in the world. The tasks of the team include development of advanced quantum-mechanical simulation software (Atomistix ToolKit), massively parallel high-performance algorithms, graphical and scripting-based user interfaces, product documentation, and technical sales support. Current team members have a degree in theoretical physics, computer science or chemistry, and a working experience with development of commercial scientific software.

 

We are looking for talented individuals with a broad set of skills within the following areas:

  • Software development
    • Python and C++ programming languages
    • Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as basic system administration
  • DFT and quantum-chemical modelling
    • Pseudopotential methods, plane waves and local basis sets
    • Atomic-scale modelling, quantum transport
